Jay Weiss has written and produced hundreds of hours of television news over the course of his career.
He worked for ABC News for 15 years, 13 of them with Nightline and Ted Koppel. He also worked with CBS News and National Geographic.
The still frame to the left is from a report Jay filed when he described to Peter Jennings details of a mob's motive at a former Bath Party Headquarters. It was the day Saddam Hussein's statue was toppled.
He covered the war as one of a handful of ABC News' reporter-producers embedded with a unit of the U.S. military.
